Cancellation Policy
24 hours prior to the appointment – No charge. Fee refunded or carried over to the next appointment.
12 hours – 50% of the appointment fee will be taken.
Short notice cancellation (less than 12 hours notice) or failure to attend -100% of the appointment fee will be taken.
Please understand that if you fail to attend an appointment, we are unable to offer that appointment to anyone else.
If there is an emergency or you are unwell, late fees may not be charged at our discretion.
Private Health Insurance
Private Health Insurance: Many patients have private medical insurance policies which may cover podiatry services.
Atherton Foot Clinic does NOT deal directly with any private health insurance companies. You will be required to pay your appointment fee in full, to us, at the time of the appointment.
We will then issue you with a receipt, with all the relevant information, which you can then present to your insurer to make a claim from them.
